Two great polar explorers and leaders, Ernest Shackleton and Roald Amundsen, face off in a no-holds-barred debate over leadership philosophies and success strategies. Audience members ask the questions, then reap the rewards as the two men give iron-clad, opposing views on everything from choosing a team to recognition and reward. This is a twelve-round heavyweight bout on the subject of bold, transformational and sustainable leadership. James Deken portrays the stoic yet intense Roald Amundsen, Scott Eck reprises his role as Ernest Shackleton, with Mark Edward Lang as the mediator/referee.
